Hug your dog. Watch old Seinfeld reruns, or some show that really makes you laugh.

Imagine how one of your teachers would look naked.

Read some of these answers. Sometimes they make me cackle.

Do you have ny family members, kids, spouse? If so try doing something you all like with them if you are alone try picking a hobby that you would really love to try but haven't. I get depressed once in while & I get on the computer & red & look up things tht intrest me so you need to find something that intrest you & if none of these work maybe you should see a doctor they might beable to help you.. I'm just not sure why your depressed & if you have people around you to help you out..
Good luck & i hope you feel better soon..

Go to the gym. Listen/Play some music. Hang out with friends/family. Watch something that really makes you laugh.

The possibilities are endless.

nah that teacher thing just makes me wanna hurl. depends what you're sad about. i highly suggest the videos on this web site.

Look at your life then look at people worse off than you then look at people you feel are better off than you and focus on being better then you will not have time to sit around and be depressed because you are thinking of and planning ways to meet your goals.

go hang out wit friends......watch family guy or sumthin, eat ice cream, visit ur family

Watch your favorite t.v. show.

try using a rubber band jk jk my friend used to do that. try surfing the internet...there are always interesting things on here!!

If you have pets, play with them. That's always unconditional love...If not, get one.

My daughter died christmas day after a long and very painful struggle. it got so bad for me i couldnt do my job and i retired. my dr prescribed wellbutrin and xanax and its been VERY helpful, i also am staying as far away from other stressors as I can such as watchng the news staying away from traffic. I do suggest watching videos from the library such as marx brothers, Best of luck,

Hm, well this is what i do:
Keep repeating to yourself " everything will be ok in the end. if its not ok, its not the end!"
DEEP BREATHS.
Confidence.. not just self-confidence but all confidence!
Vent - I thought it was dumb at first and really didnt want to write a diary so i've got this online private blog thing and venting REALLY helps. seriously, once you've written it [the problem or w/e.. ] down its outta u mind and easier to not think about or to forget.
Music.. how does music not help ? : ). listen to music that will make you feel BETTER though. not depressing music and stuff like that.. Everyones got their own taste but music i listen to wen im feeling more depressed than usual, like at an all time low, is:
Keep Holding On - Avril Lavigne
Hold On -Good Charlotte
Its Ok - Christina Aguilera
Because Of You - Kelly Clarkson
Jesus Take The Wheel - Carrie Underwood
Losing My Way - Justin Timberlake
Lucky - Britney Spears ( Yes, I know but it pretty much sums upi my life - " If theres nothin missin in my life then why do these tears come at night "
Big Girls Don't Cry - Fergie
Try - Nelly Furtado..

Ok, well you get the point, like I said we all have different taste ( you probly no by now i listen to a lot of pop ).

Hope you feel better soon.
email me if you need to talk.. or "vent"
