What is the best pill or med which helps in falling asleep quicker?!


Question: I don't want to use pills but I don't have any other option. I tried all the natural remedy but all in vain. I get up 6:00 am every morning to go to work. Recently, I was not able to sleep for like 3 in the morning!!! I need sleep cause I know that 2-3 hours of sleep is not enough. I need some good pills. Please help me guys.

OKAY HERES THE NATURAL APPROACH:

WHAT YOU NEED:

MELATONIN-NATURAL SLEEP HORMONE GET IT IN MAX DOSE OF 3MG

CHAMOMILE EXTRACT-TAKE 2

VALERIAN EXTRACT-TAKE 2

If this doesn't help combine with Tylenol PM

Also do 1 hour of rigorous exercise before bed.

Drink warm milk, Work out which will help you relax at nite. Do yoga but pills>>> I wouldn't suggest using. It won't help because your brain is not shuttin off and you need to teach your brain to shut off...Monitor what you drink (caffeineted) relax your self. Try to take a nice long shower or bubble bath. This might help. Seriously, dont take pills, it will f*** you up in the long run.!!

i recommend ganja. (i also recommend it for a lot of other ailments, such as boredom and waiting for the pizza guy to get here)

VALERIAN EXTRACT-1000 to 1500 mg will do the trick.
take one at 9.30pm with a glass of water. Rest think of nothing stressful or exciteable. Dont drink caffeine if possible. The Doctor can prescribe pills but be careful they can make you feel sick and very tired out. ENDEP (amitriptyline hydrochloride) I take 10mg at 9.30pm with water and rest.**

No good pills, cos pill itself is not good thing, You need to change your life habit, or just make it more suitable for your work time. Do some excises regularly, yeah, take some warm milk or oatmeal, it may help, i used to suffer insomnia too, but now, i am better now, just give yourself a big smile and find out a way to solve this damn problem...good luck!
