You are normal. you are in the right place. sometimes your life can get depressing. It is good that you recognize it. most people go to the shrink because they cannot do what you just did. If you see that something is wrong and can identify what it is that causes it you are doing much better than most. I would find something positive to think about when the negative comes up. Maybe listen to some motovational speakers or go to a homeless shelter(makes me feel all that much better about what little I have). What ever you do don't lose site of the understanding of what is going on.

All that said, if nothing you do helps see a medical professional. If you have insurance they will make you go to a counselor before allowing you to have meds. But if nothing else helps the meds can make an immediate improvement. The only problem with meds is that when you stop them they stop. If you can fix it in your own head then you will be able to control it and it will be fixed for free.

you probably got anxiety, thoose r the symptoms..go google or webmd..I have anixety and i feel the same way
good luck

its normal but its not healthy you should go see a doctor so you can have some medicine because life does not have to be lived with anxiety.

You are perfectly normal. Once a person becomes 13 or older, he/she thinks about the past and the future. Life is really hard and unpredictable and everyone gets scared about what might happen. We are all like that. Just don't let this interfere with your every day activities. Try to do fun things and have lots of friends. Watch comedies on TV or in movie theater. Get some nice CDs and listen to music and dance. Music and dance will help eliminate the depression and make you feel happy. Walking, running, and going to the gym helps too.

perhaps seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist or even a therapist can help... maybe start with a therapist and see if talking about things helps - if not, they can refer you to a psychiatrist who can prescribe medication (or herbal supplements or provide tips about diet and nutrition) that can help treat the possible biological chemical imbalance that might be causing your depression

Hi. Don't worry, it's normal to worry about our lives and future. Most people feel depressed and worried about things at some point of their life.

Talk to someone about what you feel (a family member, a close friend or even a counsellor if you think it's necessary).

In my opinion, you would only need professional help like a shrink if your 'depression' interferes with your daily life, you lose interest in everything, and it affects your work or relationships with others, for example.

Hope this helps :)

More information is needed. You say you are depressed all the time. Please describe what you mean by depressed. For instance, there is a big difference between just feeling uncomfortably worried and becoming so wrecked that you can't leave your house; yet "depression" is used to describe both these conditions and many others as well.

You mention lots of stuff going in your life, and this creating lots of thoughts. You might benefit from a daily ritual to relax and still your thoughts. If you can still your thoughts, you can control your thoughts, and now you can have more power to direct your thoughts into calm, positive, and productive mental habits.

Have you looked into meditation?
