Like HandyMan said, it really does sound like depression. The best thing to do would be to go to your doctor. However, be sure your doctor explores plenty of different treatment options with you and is thorough about understanding your individual case.
There are many different kinds of depression and many different ways to treat it. Sometimes medication works great for some people, and for others the pills can be really really bad. Sometimes the best option for that person is counseling, or it could be diet and exercise, or a variety of other things, all depending on what is causing the depression.
It is great that you are seeking help. Small occasional amounts of depression are normal for everyone to experience at some point in their life, but no one should have to suffer from this condition beyond what is natural.
In addition to talking to your doctor, you can also look for support groups and programs within your community. There are so many people out there who care and are willing to help. Also, looking into a new hobby is helpful (and quite fun).

Sounds like depression. Certainly see your doctor. He can refer you to the right person for the job. Also start off with some physical exercise, such as brisk walking. It will help a lot.

Sounds like growing pains. Go see your doctor

Sounds a lot like depression, which can either be mental, physical, seasonal, or a combination of all of the above.

Unfortunately, it's a self-fulfulling prophesy. You feel run down and tired, so you don't do anything, so you get hermity, so you feel run down and alone, and so you don't go out, so you feel more alone, etc etc etc.

Find some sunshine, even fake sunshine. Get a full spectrum light bulb for your most commonly used area. Eat a good meal. Take a long shower/bath and dress up and go out. ANYWHERE, it doesn't matter.

Failing that, go see a doctor/health professional and talk to them. There are plenty of things on the market, and sometimes, just having a diagnosis to work with "Gee, it's _NOT_ all in my head" is enough to get you on the path to getting better.

It kind of sound like you spend way too much time looking outside for what you need. Unfortunately it is a common malady. There is nothing out there that can help you, all those exterior things server only to confuse.

There is no yesterday, no tomorrow, there is only now. The moment is the only thing we truly have and moments are never empty. I believe your depression is from expecting too much from those things, people and places around you as if they really had anything to do with who or what you are.

Don't worry about outside things or people, if you must worry only do so about things you can really do something about. To handle something you must have control over them anyway in most cases our control is non-existent. Control is the biggest illusion we all delude ourselves into believing we have.
