Does anyone take Seroquel, does it help you?!

I'm only on 100mg with other meds, but yes, it helps me sleep and stay calmer during the day. It also has a minor tad of antidepressant effect. Not all get that, especially at such a low dose.
I took 900mg for 5 years and it did not stop the paranoia, the delusions, or the voices. So I guess that's a no. It was the best of the atypical I tried at the time which is why I kept taking it. I stwitched to abilify when that came out and it isn't helping either.
I have heard it has a huge black box affect. Like people are having weird reactions to it. .Don't use it if people are suing the company,which they are.
