PCP (although never tried but know people who have) is a hardcore and intense drug. It takes the brain months to recover from the extreme high. Im sure she will get back to her normal self but i recommend her not trying it again unless she really wants to be messed up.

PCP is some hard core SHI*

Yes it can make you paranoid for weeks or months. Some people come down off of it and some don't.

To be fair, PCP was approved as a surgical anasteic for use in Human's It was used also before approval in WWI. its dervitive, ketamine, was the most used anastetic in Vietnam war, and still very common used in military and trauma medicine.

to answer your question: The drug is long out of her system, any "changes" are a result of her own pyschological set, and perhaps anxiety/guilt over using this substance, which has been very much demonized. (granted, its not the best idea to do this drug, but its not nearly as bad as it is made out to be)
