What would you do if you were an employer and you had an employee that was a bul!

Question: either fire them or make their life hell so they leave

Answers: either fire them or make their life hell so they leave

depending on what line of business you are in....maybe move him to stocktaking and make him check it twice for mistakes

I would give him maybe 2 chances and tell him that hte next time you get a complaint he will be fired.

Hopefully it will stop and if he does it a couple more times fire him.

I would speak with him . If it happened again ,I would fire him .
I've owned a business .. i would never stand for that kind of behavior

fire him there are always someone else who is appreciate of having a job and not an asshole, if you don't do it it will come back to bite you on the *** with someone claiming compo

The employer could risk a lawsuit if the bully is harassing people and not being stopped. So, the employer must take action. If I was being bullied, I'd send the employer a letter and polite demand that something be done about the bullying employee. The employer would then investigate the matter, ask other people for confirmation, observe the employee, and then issue him (or her) a warning or even fire the person if the bullying was bad.
