Moodiness?!

Question: Ever feel like screaming at the top of your lungs or ripping something apart, punching, hitting or kicking? I feel that way every so often. What is my problem? Its like everything I seem to touch does not function correctly or it breaks, no matter what I do at work, it seems that I am doing it wrong and have to redo it all. Is this just a bad day or what? I have minimal stress in my personal life...all my stress is mainly at my job. So why do I feel like this even when at home?

You sounds like you are very frustrated. It doesn't sound like any kind of mental illness. Something seems to be controlling you and you don't have any control. Take some time off from work and recoup. Get away for at least 2 weeks. You need the break. And stop trying so hard, you don't have to be perfect.

You may be bipolar, go to your doctor and ask.

Maybe your being pushed to hard.Or you emotions change when you get your period.I personally think you should see a shrink.

You are just stressed out, and by punching, hitting something or screaming is actually good to do if you feel like you need to. If you ever feel the need go somewhere private and do it. You will feel much better. Well, you are having stress at work which by the way most people do. You are bringing that stress home with you, and subconsciously stuff is in your head. Just try to relax and talk to someone.

You apparently don't love (or even like) what you do. Your real attention is not there since you don't love the work therefore the mistakes. Then it bothers you so you bring it home with you. You need a new job you have a passion for.

anger problem perhaps
