Firstly and obviously you are suffering from anxiety of some description which is manifesting itself as uncontrolled or uncontrollable outbursts of anger. (Stating the obvious)

This can usually be attributed to a loss of control in current situations, Either work, home life, study, where you feel powerless to change or make the effect you desire.

Your studies might be to much and you are freaking.

It could be that something has radically changed in your world that you really don't like and it is preying on your mind.

It could be that you are not capable of expressing yourself without loosing your temper, basically you are being selfish and not considering others THINK ABOUT THIS "If they do not understand you as you say, are you sure you understand them? "

Why is everybody else at fault, have they all changed or have you?

What to do is make sure you get plenty of sleep, and think before you put your mouth into gear, address issues you have with either work or study, and remember your family love you, so don't treat them like sh*t. Hope you get better soon dude..

i think you might be just stressed at school or maybe stuck in a rut and are frustrated cause you need something new or a change in you r life.
maybe taking a break and doing something out of ordinary (like amusement park, hanging out with friends .. bowling, or go to a game or something) might help.
do something to take your mind of the usual things you do and relax..

Hi m8 there are few things u can do. Many ppl have short tempers it is no big prob. Firstly make sure u sleep at least 8 hours per night and try to drink plenty of water. Also jst relax more have some fun take a break from work every now and then. Finnaly try not to get involved with ppl that you know piss u off that can easily get me angry.

i dont know.............go to a therapist............hey! thats what my friend does.........

i used to have a bad temper and dont hardly shout now it hurts others when we shout like at my kids and i feel bad so prefer not so keep your cool. maybe you are worried about things. keep a diary read your bible that always makes me feel positve and list your good qualites.
maybe you had a parent with bad temper you dont want to pass it on so learn to control it now take care and much love and God bless Denise

dude your 18!get more rest, stay away from dating, that will only make you more mad.dont drink, dont pick up a gun.YOUR 18!are you taking meds?did you stop?

jog, bench presses and curls..lots of SEX..me not having sex in junior high reallygot me pissed...flirt women into bed and you will feel much better

You could possibly be showing some minor symptoms of bipolarity. Get it checked out. I know exactly what you are talking about, and I get like that in mixed episodes and it is HELL.

It sounds like you're very stressed and little things are just setting you off. It could be that, or you could have a mood disorder. If it's really becoming a problem then I would see a doctor about it if I were you. They might be able to put you on some meds.

Another thing, sometimes people who have bad pasts experience a lot of anger and little things make them snap. If you think this is the case, then you should try to talk to a counselor about it. Getting to the root of the problem will help.
