I have a feeling that im always going to die?!
Question: Everytime i feel a weird thing happen in my body like somthing weird in my arm, i start to panic because i think im going to die so then it feels my throat is closing up then its hard for me to breath.
Any help? am i realy going to die?

me thinks anxiety.......which can make you feel like you can't breath and like a heart attack----or at least the "panick attack" is like that
I had em as a little kid......you get enough of em......you start to cope well with them. I grew into an adult that can't seem to get stressed(9/11 got me though for a few seconds) You also learn that it's just a reaction and your not really going to die.........which helps you calm down and makes it go away.

You're not alone. I dont manafest dying..i just fear it MAJOR!

I would suggest talking to your doc. In some cases, it can be signs of things like depression or even OCD, I wouldnt let it go and have you worrying all the time.
Try not to over-stress and just get your butt to the doc for some help.

youre just paranoid youre not going to die. just relax youre probably under a lot of stress so you notice every little thing that goes wrong.

I'm not trying to be mean, but maybe you have some sort of anxiety or paranoia. Or, (this may sound...insane and...psycoish.) maybe you have some sort of ESP that is telling you something.

just panic attacks brought on by your irrational thoughts of dying
you should try hypno-therapy
it is called hypchondria..
look it up lol
it will help solve your problems..ur not gonna die ;)
