Stress Reduction? HELP!?!


Question: Alright, I'm only fourteen but I spend a literal 99% of the time being stressed out, the only time i'm not is when i'm sleeping. I sleep to reduce the stress. It's definitly became a problem for me in my life, things like music, tapes(instructions on what to do) will NOT help me, since instrucions make me angry and there for more tense... Music makes me still stressed, and deppressed.. I really don't know what to do it's hard going through every day stressed out. Any help is great! just remember instructions.. eek. so.. It's hard for me.

Darlin'....the only advice I can give you....is HANG IN THERE. I remember what it was like to be 14 years old - and I wouldn't go back to that age for all the money in the world. You have stressors coming at you from every direction, nothing makes sense, you want to be independent, but you desperately need healthy boundaries SET AND ENFORCED by people that truly love you.....bless your heart!!
One day - you will literally feel like a light switch has turned on somewhere - and the anxiety, frustration and helpless feelings will go away. Here is something I did - and It helped SO much...I volunteered at an animal shelter. Seeing and caring for "people" that have been abandoned, abused, etc..and receiving UNCONDITIONAL LOVE BACK from the animals- just for showing up - brought a sense of peace and stillness back into my heart, at a time in my life when all that surrounded me was absolute craziness. Remember - seek what your heart TRULY desires - BUT GET IT FROM THE RIGHT PEOPLE...don't be fooled or taken advantage of. Your heart sounds like it is in the right place - so I feel pretty confident that you are an incredible, SMART soul - who will one day blossom into an incredible, SMART woman. Like I said - Hang in there -

i dont know if you have access to a gym, but working out is a GREAT stress reliever. or just for a long walk or run, that sometimes helps me also...

you are only fourteen years old. why are you stressed? there is absolutely no reason to be stressed. live life.

there is a lot of ways to help you reduce the amount of stress you suffer from. a big thing that i do to reduce stress is yoga.
streching really helps lossen up. it is good that you sleep. it i proven that taking a nap evryday helps stress out a lot. there is a lot of thins that stress out teens these days. school, peers, family. you should try reading. when u get into a good book its like your in your own world. the last thing that i do to get rid of stess is icecream. icecream is the best thing that man has ever invented. if nonthing is worjing mabey you need to see a tharapist or a school councelor.

slow down take time to yourself and relax as much as you can because your waring yourself out
