If you really feel out of control and as though you don't want to do it but it just happens, then you need to get help.
I wish I would've gotten help when I was bullimic but I stopped all by myself (without any support because no one knew) and I still battle the whole eating disorder mentality.. It's not a matter of being strong or anything, tell your parents or someone you love that you need to see someone to get help. They might be able to figure out why you're doing it and be with you and support you while you stop.
It woud be the greatest decision for you to make and soon you'll be on the road to recovery rather than falling into a really difficult hole to get out of.
Good luck and please ask for help...it takes a strong person to do so.

Edit:: I understand you want to keep it hidden but that's not healthy at all...
But if you have to have it that way then call your friends when you think you're gonna cut..get yourself out of the house or have them come over.

check yourself into the hospital for a few days take your mind off of it or something

What do your closest friends say? I've been in your situation and I stopped cutting with the help of friends and intervention of a counselor. Cutting is a symptom of a much deeper issue. You need someone you can talk to and see what is causing this problem. If you can't see a counselor, try a call-in help line. 1-800-394-HOPE is always open and is a good place to start.
I hope everything works out for you! You're in my thoughts.

Talk to a counseler...Or...Go Emo!...
