My Own Story?!

Question: I just came in here in New Zealand and I left everything behind in the Philippines (my friends, etc.). Just today when I woke up. I have a dream, meeting my bestfriend again. I have another dream last 2 months, I saw that I'm back in my old school in the Philippines. The day that I came in New Zealand which is Christmas (December 25, 2007), I dreamt that... I rather won't talk about it. I also dreamt that I talked to my best classmate/friend in our private school. What do you call this? WHY do my memories are always in my dreams?

These dreams happen because those are important momories ande events in your life. Sometimes, even if we forget about them, our dreams will bring them back. Because although we have forgotten about them, they are still somewhere in our brain. What exactly triggers these memories to come back, I have no clue.

There is a very important and sad memory of mine that happened more than six years ago, and sometimes it will come back, even when I thought that I had forgotten about them.

As long as these memories do not disturb your present life, it should be fine. But if they tend to bother you a lot and change your personality, you should consider seeking proffesional help.

cos you miss everything in your home town..

you dream like this probably because you miss them.

Maybe you are second guessing the decision that you made...

Because that is where you cant control the memories...when you are awake you can usually block them if you cant feel that you can handle them...in your dreams you get to process them in safety.
