What do i do... i cant get to sleep.. but i hv to sleep,,, :((?!


Question: its 4:55 am... almost 4 days since i slept on time... i just cnt sleep and if i try to.. i start thinking all bad things bout myself and burst into tears...
i cant sleep.. i start thinkng how bad i am as soon as i close my eyes but i hv to sleep cause my had is dizzy... i hv tutions starting soon.. so i hv to stay in good health...

also i cant get to eat... i just am not able to.. my mom gives me food and i give it to my dog when she's not watching...

i even have this bad headache...
i knw i need some sleep but i cant stop thinkng bad and cry...

I used to do that.
Try listening to a loud radio.
It blocks out thoughts and allows you to sleep.
Do the following:

1. listen to medium/loud radio.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Think about all of the ppl that mad a difference in your life and why.
4. Fall asleep.

And for the not eating part, try. t-r-y. TRY. you can become sick. Try eating your favorite food.

U need to eat to get good sleep. Remember the children who struggle for a meal one time a day. Don't waste food.

Drink a cup of warm milk and pray to God and ask him to forgive all the bad things u have done. Surely God is merciful. It will ease ur mind and put u to sleep.

It may seem hard, but you have to talk to your parent (s). Not eating or sleeping is a bad idea, and your parents can help you at least stay healthy. Perhaps they could help you solve the problem thats causing these things.

Are you having a guilt trip or what? It sounds like you did something bad and now you feel guilty about it. Take some medication for the head ache, you find that you can eat after that kicks in. Try to eat and have a warm glass of milk with your snack. Lay down in front of the t.v., turn on some thing you don't want to watch and close your eyes. Good luck.

HI u think of ur beloved one the good thing happen to them from ur side later u think of the people who is seperate from u and slowly rather than sleep do not think any thing u wil get sleep.
this is the way i follow i get sleep u try this

None of us are perfect. We all do bad things every now and then. Why don't think of the good things you do. You're probably nice to your mom, you go to school, and there's probably a lot more. Try eating lots of small portions. A friend of mine who had trouble eating, would always carry around nuts and carrot sticks, and nibble away all day. (We called her a rabbit.) As far as sleep goes, look up "deep breathing exercises" on the internet or sign up for yoga or some other form of medication. Chances are you're a much better person than you think you are, and one way to find out why you feel this way is to talk with a school counselor or therapist. It will help you enormously. Good luck.

it happens with me too .. u know when we think more that we wanna sleep the more tensed we get and sleep goes away.. u know before exams we need to slep well.. i remember night before my mechanics exam i didn,t get sleep at all..i waked in middle of night and banged my head in frustation on wall.. that was way back 3-4 years..
i guess u r at home and having vaccations .. so what tensions r u having that u think and cry in night.. avoid those thoughts .. think of nice good things and just think to hell with sleep even if i don,t get it its ok i will sleep more tommorow..afterall u don,t have any exams etc so no need worry
and about eating problems that need a docter

simply try meditation start thinking bout future ferget all past start next phase of life with diffrent style . visit temple
and one more way do work out as much u can do

take a cup of hot milk while going to bed and do some breathing exercise. you will get good sleep.

read a very boring boook
keep jumping all day long
go for a long vacation ..trekking i suppose
try to put all guilt flings out of ur mind probably be more conversant about it to ur mom
stop thinkin that u can't sleep
