smoke

Deep breathing, 3 seconds in, 2 seconds out, 3 seconds in, 2 seconds out...

exersize

take a benedryl, or something that has hydroxyzine in it, it will calm you right down.

try chamomile tea. it is great for relaxing.

Deep breathing accompanied by detailed visualizations.

Well it all depends on your situation. Are you nervous because of exams or your driving test? If so, u can get pills from the dr that help to calm your nerves. My friend took them when she took her test as she got in a real state. Not sure what they're called tho, but like I said, go to your doctor. If it's asking someone out or something then smile, be yourself and flirt! Good luck xx

canibus sativa is the remedy i heard

XANAX

The greatest 3 letters in the english language.

Xanax is great for marriage...I took 3 before my wedding. Cool as a cucumber.

Smoking cigarettes really does have one of the best calming effects on your thoughts. But if your against smoking. You can take Ginkgo Biloba, its an over the counter herbal supplement that stimulates the Central Nervous System. It makes your negative or angry thoughts convert into reasoning forgiving thoughts. I love those damn things.

Depends on what you're nervous about. Do you have performance anxiety? Then I'd say propranolol which keeps your heart from racing, thereby holding back the adrenaline. If you are nervous due to stress, xanax can help you relax and think clearly but may make you sleepy. Exercise helps too!

Just do it before you think about it too much. Rip the band-aid right off. Jump first think later. Walk into the interview like you already have the job... etc.

Go for it girl.

Breath....slowly. Try to relax, think of something soothing.

go outside for a brisk walk each time you feel overwhelmed. If you cannot get out in the fresh air you can pace in the house and shake your arms vigorously like you are trying to shake your hands off.
deep breathing- stand with feet slightly apart look straight ahead and breathe in slowly through your nose to the count of 10 and breathe out through slightly pursed lips slowly- if you raise your arms over your head like a ballerina on breathing in and lower them in front of your when breathing out it helps too.

i never understood that..if u want to marry the person u love why would u have major nerves.. makes no sence to me..it is suppose to make u happy

Visualize yourself not being nervous. Think of things that can go wrong and find answers for correcting them. Before doing anything that makes you nervous, do breathing exercises (inhale through the nose slowly and exhale slowly through the mouth) Do this until you feel totally relaxed. The more you visualize yourself in different situations and find ways of what you will do if things go wrong, you will be prepared for anything and the nervousness will soon disappear. Visualization and breathing exercises is the key to combat nervousness. Good luck

Ativan
