Why dont i have any motivation?!

Question: I am tired of working. I am tired of doing the same thing everyday. I dont even watch tv when I get home. I just play video games, and then go to sleep, wake up the next day and do the same thing...
I need something to spark up my ambition again. I have 3 kids, and I love them very much. I have been with my girl for 7 years now going on 8.
I dont know what it could be, but I simply do not want to do anything. I am tired of all this b*llsh*t in this world. I am tired of everything having to be about money. I dont think its all about money. I have alot of things that will keep me busy, but I would rather just stay home. Im sure my gf/baby mom is tired of me being this cheap, but i have no motivation at all.

Any suggestions???

relax......this happens...with many people.....its a kind of a realization....u start hating<kind of> everything but dont worry its just a phase and it'll go...share this with people close to you.....they'll be good help....try to be more positive and understand that life's like this....

I love it when people answer their own questions. Because, as far as I'm concerned, you did. Reread what you wrote.

You slipping into depression m8, like I was. Go to a doctor tell him how you feel (or go councelling) before it hits you and you don;t even wanna get out of bed

Go out and help someone who is worse off than you are. This will make you appreciate your situation more.

You need a new job, an different city, and a new start in life. I felt that way when I lived in MN. I couldn't take the snow anymore, and when opportunity knocked, I moved to NC. It's cheaper here on lots of things for me, new lifestyle, new house, change of pace. Try it. You might like it.

I think it's your boring job that's killing ya. Find something you're interested in. Take up a sport with your family.

Yeah I know how you feel somtimes, considering you like staying indoors, have you considered trying a new hobby at home

have a break! sum outing myt help u...

Sounds like depression to me. Why don't you find a good physc. doctor to talk to. It may help you alot.

Well, I think you should try and find a new hobby. Usually in the newspaper, they have a section on weekly activities and they might have a list of the week's agenda. Square Dancing Club is in the newspaper or google square dancing. they might have a place called dance Around the World in your area and they have a club there where they listen to music and do dances from around the world. You need to find a new hobby. they have wood working. or get into a health club. try and find a new routine. I sometimes feel the same way. I have been into a lot of clubs and I have done lots of hobbies so I tend to get bored and want a new hobby. It is part of life. I used to do square Dancing and lots of hobbies. I now basically do the computer and try to find interesting sites. Good Luck! Bye!

The problem with our modern society is that the media propogates that life should be easy. They additionally convince you to believe that material things will make us happy.

The notion about money in your question leads me to believe that you have built up anger that you wish you could be rich and not work and what not. Maybe you are not challenged at work?

"There seems to be some truth of the universe that a man who is rich in the soul, always finds a way to make enough money to be happy... But a man who is spiritually bankrupt, seems to just keep bouncing checks in the bank of true happiness."

I think I am younger then you. I read your question and thinking that what thing I can suggest you. Don
