Can I overcome my pain and anger if I just "Go for it" ?!


Question: I have so much pain , anger ( towards my abusive parents ) , and many mental problems.Here they are numbered
1) Depression
2) Anxiety
3) Social anxiety
4) Panic attacks
5) ADHD
6) Stage frieght ( i guess this could be under panic attacks and social anxiety )
7) Fear of success and Fear of failure
8) Body Dysmorphism
9) Scary dreams and ones that overlap my real life which makes me think it happened
10) Scared of commitment
11) Scared of love
12) Low Self esteem
13) Low self confidence
14) Cannot keep friends
15) Cannot carry on a decent conversation and be in the moment ( guess this could be under AHDH)

I am slightly over weight and exercising and working out is a part of my life that I absolutely love. Currently I am a slight over weight. I am 25 and recently ran away from my dysfunctional family in new york to live with my uncle in texas .

Well, first i would have to say seek out a therapist. Second, look in the mirror and look at your positive quality. Third i strongly believe in mediation and eating right and taking vitamins. fourth stick around people who are positive or network your self. Look for programs out there by doing a google for places within your area. Look up sports you can find a WMCA if you check. Or take up free writing classes and get yourself thinking about things. fifth and final DONT BE SO HARD ON YOUR SELF! Learn to talk to yourself out loud and tell your self positive things, comfort yourself it really works when your going through hardships. Talking out your problems when your on your own can be very helpful as silly as it may sound.
