What have you heard about therapists that are bad?

I have been seeing therapists pretty much all of my life and have never had a problem with them. Sometimes it takes awhile to find one that is a good fit for you, but they do come around. There is a patient / doctor confidentiality which they should go over when you see them. They cannot release any information of yours or talk to others about what you discuss unless you allow them to or you pose a threat to others or yourself.

It isn't bad. It is a little scary the first time, but you just need to find someone who you like asnd trust and it will be alright. I agree that it sometimews takes a while to find the right therapist and this can be quite stressful. Just remember eventually you will find the therapist for you. Good luck.

It dosn't sound like a mental illness rather just issues. Go to a counsellor and work them out there experienced and on your side.
