Yes, they certainly can.

Caffeine is a stimulant. Your body is probably going into the "fight or flight" mode because it secretes stimulants when it goes into this mode in response to an external threat.

Since there IS no external threat, your mind is substituting a free-floating anxiety to rationalize the "fight or flight" response.

And that anxiety is manifesting itself as a panic attack.

Don't take any more caffeine pills.

it has hyped up your system.

Caffeine can definitely cause panic attacks. I suffered from them for a while. I started drinking coffee (really large mugs) and the caffeine jitters mimicked the beginning of a panic attack exactly. I have switched to 1/2 calf. I would lay off the caffeine pills. They are not goof for you anyway.

Yep. Caffiene, being a stimulant, can raise your anxiety level. Which sucks, because being tired in the morning due to no coffee can make you less productive at work, causing you get fall behind, which also raises anxiety.

Reduce or eliminate caffiene from your diet and you'll have better luck managing your anxiety symtpoms.

Absolutely, yes. Excess caffeine almost perfectly mimics a panic attack and if you are at all prone to them - especially if you have had a panic attack - it can trigger one in a heartbeat.

any caffine can cause ur pantic to start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats the worst thing for anxiety
