i don't think snooping is a disease, i think it is an attempt to find out the truth whether it be beforehand or afterwards, such as when someone tells you something, you tend to want to check it out, or you look for things ahead of time to catch the person saying or doing something you think they will be dishonest about. it is normal for a person to do when they have been lied to or betrayed, it is not your problem or fault, i feel like they made you that way, we don't usually start out snooping for no reason, someone gave you a reason. i see snooping as an attempt to find out a truth because the other person has been dishonest in some way. not a disease, a normal reaction

What would be so important that this person would be hiding?
Why would someone hide something from you?
Maybe this is a perception that you are having.
Maybe it is hard for you to trust people.
