I need to know if anyone has experienced panic attacks after being off zoloft?!

Question: I have been off my meds for about 3 days, and I feel like I'm having a heart attack. I know it's anxiety, but I really don't want to be dependent on these pills the rest of my life.
Anyone know ways to deal with the withdrawals of this medication?

That is very possible, I believe Zoloft is not a drug you can stop cold turkey. You have to be taken off gradually or you can have severe side affects. Call your Dr. as soon as you can.

Zoloft is not good for you! Don't take this no more! Now I know what Zoloft is for and its not for everyone! You may want to talk to your doctor and see if you take something else! I don't know what your withdrawals are but you got to take it one day at a time! I know that I get the chest pains sometimes! And I think that is the samething as you! I got to see a doctor when my hubby gets insurance for us! New job so we have to wait for insurance! Just breathe in and out slowly when you get an attack! This is what I do! But do this slowly don't want to get light headed!
