I get depressed from the littlest things!!?!


Question: i don't know why but here are the things that make me stressed out:
- algebra test i took today i don't know how i did
- a lot of homework and a couple of tests tomorrow
- a guy likes me but i dont and i dont know what to do
- my skills mite not get me into a preffered class that i really really want to get into
- i have dance team try outs tomorrow but im already in the team

what can i do to be un-stressed?

what can i do to be un-stressed?

You can stop taking life so seriously. Remember, in every situation you encounter, it can only go two ways, the way you want it or the way you don't want it to go. Either you win or you lose. You either make it or you don't, it's that simple.

Example: Did you study for your algebra test? If you studied then you will probably get a passing score.

The tests your taking tomorrow, you did a lot of studying so should do OK. If not, then study a little more next time.

A guy likes you but you don't know if you like him. Just be nice to him, as you would any friend, until you can figure it out. If you like him, OK, if not explain to him that you're not ready for a close relationship.

The class you want to get into, find out what you really need to know to get into it and study that.

I don't know what to tell you about the dance team, if you want to stay on it, try harder, if not, oh well, find something else you like.

You want to destress, when you get up in the morning, look in the mirror and say,"today is a new day, I will be happy, I will do my very best and that is all I can do. If I make it, OK, if not, tomorrow I will try harder."

Now, get out there and enjoy life.

1) Write a soulution or why u should not be stressed any more

{OR}

2) say the list represents your stress {it does} lol and say i am getting rid of my stress and rip up the paper

caring 2 much will get you no where... sometimes u juz gotta let it go....

Just relax and smell the roses. All things happen for a reason and it's out of your hands if things don't happen the way you want them to turn out. Stop worrying about things because it's going to drive you crazy or you could get sick. Life is to short to worry about every little thing. Live life to it's fullest and you will be happy, I guarantee it! Please do me a favor, for a week (just a week) don't think or worry about anything like you are. You'll find that you'll be much happier!

just know that there are plenty of people with problems SOO MUCHHH BIGGERR AND WORSEEE compared to yours. like "my house just caught fire now im poor, what do i do." or like "my mother just died and i can't live life civil knowing she's gone" or like the men in the army, some having to live with losing an arm or a leg. or like all these poor people who have to worry about getting food to survive when your over here crying about an algebra test? not to be mean but its true. you got it so good you just gotta tell yourself all this, an just be happy you so much more fortunate than that.
