Control anger = shuddering or whatever it is.?!


Question: Just now there's 1 guy looking for trouble and i really feel like punching his face to the max. luckily i able to control myself but who do my face muscles, hands and leg is shuddering or moving by itself? my face muscles is moving by itself up n down2 lol. is it because im trying to control my anger?

Yes. When we react to situations we get physiological sensations in our body, (the feelings you're describing) it's called 'the fight or flight response' it's natures way of preparing us to react to a situation when we may be in danger. The brain tries to think fast in order for it to respond to protect us. It comes from back in the days of the caveman when confronted with a Dinasour does one attack it or does one run? So, in your case your body wants to fight but your brain is saying control yourself-the feelings are normal.

Probably. But not sure. Try this... it might sound weird, but get an ice cube and hold it on your arm. It'll help you get your mind off the anger.

because your adrenilne is pumping and you have all this energy you need to get rid of your body shudders.

its you nerves. you need to find a place to relax and remember ther are alot of dorks out in the world. you are smart for letting this go. why should you lower yourself. hang in ther. : )
