Have you ever gone through something alone?!
Question: I have exams tomorrow and then on Monday I have an operation that I havent told anyone about. Im terrified though and I dont want anyone to know about it. Its an operation for a small infection on my leg.
I feel like Im in a dark place and no one is around....

I'm sure the operation is not that serious :) come one dear, everything's going to be ok! And I'd tell someone about it, it really makes you feel better! *hugs* I have gone through some pretty tough things all alone..and I remember I felt totally distraught. I know how you feel. I have exams in a month's time but I am afraid I'll fail (again) cos I'm so behind in my schedule! I'm 19. I bet you feel like your stomach is a bottomless pit and you are during the worst time of your life. Trust me, if exams and a small operation were the worst times of life, then life in general would be a lot better! So what I'm saying is, this is definately not something as terrible as you are imagining it to be. Sometimes I used to feel that if i just disappeared no-one would give a damn..but that's just me...and anyway every situation is different.
Good luck in your exams and get well soon. I'd tell someone about the operation, even if it's only a friend, but at least you would have told someone about it and you'll feel better, trust me. Take care xx

calm down Ive been through loads on my own, the best thing to do is calm down and realise people are here for you, you should tell maybe your best Friend about your operation because it will make you feel loads better
i went through puberty all by myself. it was easy....dont worry
