Omg I feel the same way too.
I was reading your answers
And I didn't experience robbery
Or none of that.
I always feel like someones in
My face like you know when
People get in your face and
You can feel it?
Well that's how I feel even
When im laying down in my
Bed I feel it. Idk what it is
But it is a freaky feeling.
I feel you.

its called paranoid

hmmm, maybe you are a little delusional? Perhaps schizophrenic? Hard to say, there is too little info in your question.

You could be imagining all this but if your social group is watching you all the time you will feel uneasy all of the time for sure.

Paranoid?wth

This feeling (paranoia) is generally an indicator that your brain is feeling a little stressed and not quite working right. It's really common after some kind of trauma (eg. robbery, assault, car accident ...anything where you expereince high levels of anxiety). It's also a common early sign of people developing psychosis ( a condition where you become detached from reality and experience odd thoughts/beliefs or sensations of things that aren't there) and an even more common symptom of people who regularly use Cannabis. If you use, try to cut down or stop. Your brain is not coping and is giving you signs that it is becoming unwell. Ongoing use can cause irrepairable damage.

Regardly of what may be causing it, you should probably talk to your doctor about it if it continues for any length of time (longer than 2 weeks) or if it begins to interfere with your ability to funtion (ie, you're getting scared to go out or freaking out in public) or with your relationships (you start accusing people of stuff or isolating yourself from people because of your worries). It's a horrible feeling and one you shouldn't have to live with.

Hope this helps. Best of luck.

It seems you are aware that what is happening with you but feel worried. Since this has just started and could possibly be OCD, it appears to be in the early stages. I would recommend seeing a professional and see if they can identify what is going on with you. The sooner you catch any disorder, the better off you would be before it gets worse. There are medications that can help. Please see a professional and see what can be done to help you before you have no control. Good luck to you and you are not alone, if you choose to get help.
