Ughh soo stressed!?!

Im 12 and im sooo stressed! I feel like screaming or maybe a good cry i dont know which one though.. it seems as though i feel like everything has been building up inside! I also feel liek i hate the world and EVERYONE hates me 2 of my friend are mad at me because there stupid! Ughh! And school stresses me out too! i'm not emo or anything like that im generally a happy person but right now and pretty much everyday i feel as though some hates me! and everything has built up inside and it keeps building up!I dont wanna kill myself tho lol... and i feel like i have no friends! and im always left out! what can i do? Please no rude/mean/bad comments!

I know how you feel. And please know that just because you're stressed right now, it doesn't mean you're 'emo' or anything. Everyone gets stressed out; it's perfectly normal. I know what it's like to feel like everyone hates you or you have no friends...but sometimes, when you're feeling stressed, your imagination just tells you that. If, however, you think your friends are actually excluding you, you have to talk to them about it otherwise the problem will get worse. As for two of your friends who are mad at you, try to resolve the issues with them. Remember, just because they're mad, it doesn't mean they're not your friends. Lastly, I know what its like to have all that pent-up emotion inside of you. Try writing in a journal or, better yet, talking to a parent or, if that's too hard, a school counselor. The point is to just let it out so it's not eating away at you. trust me when I say I really know what it's like to feel stressed and like everything is building up. So hang in there, and try to let out your feelings. Also, try to take some time out for yourself this weekend--it can be very relaxing. I hope this helped.

You need to have a really good cry! You would feel better. That or take a pillow and scream into it as hard and loud as you can!

You're stressed out that's all. We all get like this at one point or another. Your 12 so right now the kids you know are changing, they act one way one day and then another way the next. You don't know if you should be friends with some of them because they just don't get you.

Sorry your feeling like this. Try and see if you can join a club or something at school or try and do something fun after school. Try and talk to your mom maybe that can help. Hope this helps you out some. And I hope you feel better soon! Have a good day!

scream into a pillow, or cry. As silly as it sounds you will feel much better afterwards! Just let all of that stress out! Have your tried saying sorry to your friends? that may fix the problem there. One thing i've learned is that there will probably ALWAYS be someone that dislikes you. And you know what? You shouldn't care! Letting yourself care, is letting them win! Ignore it! If you are always left out, why not find some new friends? :] Or just include yourself, don't let them leave you out hun. It takes a lot of time to make friends, keep trying! There are lots of people in a situation JUST like you!

Be calm in the fact that everyone feels like this sometimes. Try to take naps. that always makes me feel better. Take up journaling, it lets emotions out on paper so they don't build up. Exercise is a good way to get rid of stress also. Find an activity you really enjoy, for me it's writing, and do that at least once per day. Know that this feeling will pass and you will come out stronger on the other side.

You have to talk to someone who you can trust. Maybe a guidance counselor, maybe a clergy person, or maybe a friend's Mom if you can't speak to your own. You are 12. This is all to important to let go un-checked. You have your whole precious life in front of you. Please Sweetheart, get some help. Even if is just to talk to someone and to just say what's on your mind. Keep your chin up, and remember - there is nobody on this earth more important that you. Don't take any crap from anyone. Do what is best for you. Kids in school can be cruel, and they could be jerks. There is nothing wrong with you. It will make you feel better if you talk about it with someone...Anyone.
