Is it capable to talk to people that are screaming and out of control?!

Question: Do you walk away or try to talk to them? I personally leave it for trained professionals.

if you walk away then they will be mad and if you try to talk to them they won't like what you hear

not really

walk away... try later. if that don't work... just walk away for good...

i think u should like grab them by the shoulder, or scream as loud as them.

Yes. Punch them in the face and while they are spitting out chiclets(their teeth) you'll have their complete attention.

Seriously, ignore them until they STFU.

Walk away...till the person you're trying to talk to calms down!

a Waste of time.. Some people think they can scream & talk over You, But this basically is an excuse, that they don't know what they are talking about...!!

Any 'rational' person will talk quietly and normally. You can 'quietly' disagree just as easily, and leave the conversation open for further talking (and reasoning)...!!

talking to an irrational person is like talking to a drunk. They don't hear you. Wait until they have stopped screaming then talk to them so they can hear what you have to say.

Slap them in the face. They'll either shut up and listen or hit you back..LOL
Seriously, Walk away.

in my experience i just wait silently and when they have finished their rant and calmed down try talking rationally. If that doenst work i would walk away, for good.

i don't think i could handle them, they won't be prepared to listen, but then i too wouldn't have the patience to deal w/ them!

I may try to make an attempt...but, I usually let them cool off first...sometimes a few days if necessary, then i talk to them

yes of course, but with a soft approach usualy, but if that doesnt work slap their face, but imediatly cuddle them to calm them down and be their for them. they will still need to unburden to you.

Unless it's me yelling I would just walk away. And I'm not usually a yeller. Very seldom do I raise my voice. With age has come wisdom. To he-ll with it all and just let it be. :D

Walk away. It's safer that way.
