I feel like I might kill myself.?!

Question: My brother died a few months ago from cancer. My Mum and Dad split up and both moved out of the country at New Years. My best friend killed himself three days ago and today my girlfriend broke up with me. I've dropped out of Uni and I hate my job. I'm really scared that I might kill myself. There's no one I can talk to about it.
