I was anorexic and someone I used to talk just left and...?!
Question: since they left I want to stop eating again. This was someone I used to talk to and used to trust. She told me today that it was her last day. I'm so mad that she didn't tell me sooner. Its like she doesn't even care about me and how I would feel about this. I just want to stop eating.
Answers: The urge to relapse when life gets hard.. well, you're going to be living with that one forever. But if you feel it, remind yourself of the pain- remind yourself of redemption and punishment being taken out in front of a scale, remind yourself about freaking out over those 50 extra calories, of wanting to die if you ever hit (gasp) over the big old 1000, remind yourself about the hiding and the lies and the excuses.
It's never worth going back.
