Depression and self harm?!

Question: I spent a weekend at a resort the company I work for is like a concertation camp for me even at normal accomodation enviroments I don't have a problem with safety rules but I have a problem with personal rules and I blame overseas resources so therefore nobody never gave me any space while I'm trying to have peace and so please help what I should do before I fatally harm myself?

Answers: Dude, you should NOT kill yourself. I know this sounds cheezy but it is the worst possible option other than distroying the world which, we both know, will never happen. So please, PLEASE, do not cause anymore harm to yourself. You are whom you are, what else is there to say?
