I can't get these thoughts out of my head?!

Question: Last week I went for 4 (almost 5) days without food. Yes, I know it was wrong, I have come to my senses now. I got dangerously close to developing anorexia, but thankfully I didn't. My question, however, is how long will I feel the repercussions? I exercised every night whilst I did that and I fainted 2 times. I keep getting these feelings, and these thoughts in my head telling me I should do it again, and that I need to not eat and exercise. That I'm so fat, and I'm a failure to my parents. When I get these thoughts I tell myself I won't eat. I'm just scared that 1 day these thoughts will get the better of me and I'll do it again but worse.
Also, will I have dameged my health? Whenever I eat I get these weird feelings inside me and it's like my stomach is vibrating. Have I done any damege? I get chest pains too.
How can I overcome myself, and not slip back into that way of losing weight? Also, how can I change my mental state?
Any advice is gratefully apreciated.

Answers: Sorry its so long.
What you did was bad but, unfortunately, normal with many people these days. You should see a councilor or a doctor (the doctor would recommend counseling.)
You can only change your mental state by realising a few home truths. Starving yourself is not the way to go because when you finally do eat your body will store as much fat as it can because it doesnt know when you will eat again. Food is energy so if you do exercise after not eating for a few days you will feel very tiered and it will cause a huge strain on your body because you are pushing it too hard, this will account for the chest pains.
If you want to loose weight please realise this is not the way to go. Eating four small healthy meals a day will help you loose weight in no time, especially if you continue exercising. Get your five daily fruit and veg (more if you can) dont drink coffee, energy drinks or fizzy drinks (lowers metabolism). Drink green tea (boosts the metabolism and is very healthy) Juice (good overall) and as much water as you can. exercise an hour a day but never after you eat it will upset your stomach.
Honseyly i guess you're in your teens. I'm 18 and i only lost my puppy fat within this year, no joke. I didnt even realise i had lost any weight until i watched a video of myself from last year and saw how much weight i have lost. I havent been exercising or dieting. You're still growing, you will be until you're 21.
As for your parents, they'll love you regardless your looks. I know it might sound corny but they will.
oh the four meals a day would be:
Breakfast, wholegrain cereals if possible. Possibly weetabix or special K.
Snack, of some fruits or pieces of vegetables.
Lunch, Salad or a sandwich. Better if you use brown bread.
Dinner. Anything really just in moderation.
If you cant loose weight from this i suggest going to a doctor as some people have an extremely low metabolism, its a body disorder and can be treated by doctors.
I hope this helps good luck :)
