How do you fall asleep?!

Question: i have always wondered this...

some people fall asleep by counting...

others by not thinking at all...

others in a certain position only (I cannot sleep when i'm sitting...therefore hate long plane rides, lol)

etc.......

Answers: If I don't drop off, I start planning on how to spend my (mythical) lottery winnings. I drop right off.
