Wheres a cheap or free place to find help reguarding Co-Dependecy?!
Question: I've been married for 8 years together with my wife for 10, Sepereated 5 months. She developed a drug addiction problem and is FINALLY seeking help for it and I find myself trying to control or attempting to be WAY to involved. I've gone long enough saying "Its cause I love you". Im co-dependant I need some help with that. So I can either move on away from her or make it work and not screw it up again. Help!

If you're in the US, you can go to their "Meeting Resource Center" to find meetings in the US. There is also a lot of info on this website.
Another good website for codependence is:

Lots of in-depth information here.
My favorite book on the subject is: The Language Of Letting Go by Melody Beattie. It is a book of daily meditations but it has so much easy to understand information in it, she goes over so many aspects of codependence. I refer to it often. I've given these books as gifts. There's a companion book called: More Language Of Letting Go, I haven't read it yet, but since its set up the same, its probably good too.
You can also try Al-Anon meetings
