Answers: Yes, you can have Bipolar disorder as a teen. But you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed/embarrassed about. That's why we have doctors; they've seen and heard just about everything you can think of. If you tell your doctor about how you've been feeling lately, he/she can refer you to a good therapist. Hey, I see one twice a month (used to be every week!). I have 6 anxiety disorders. I speak freely about them because I'm not ashamed of myself, nor am I "crazy" or "mental". Remember, these are true physical conditions. You're not crazy. You may not even have an anxiety disorder. But the only way to find out is to see your doctor. Think about it: would you rather suffer, not knowing what (if anything) is wrong, or would you rather know what you have so you can get help and deal with it? Trust me, you will remain miserable if you don't get help. I've been through it myself.

Don't be ashamed! You're not weak or crazy. TALK TO SOMEONE! It is so worth it, you'll see.
