Help, how can I go to sleep tonight?!


Question: Everytime I try to go to sleep my mind starts racing with all these "upsetting" thoughts, which makes it impossible for me to even begin to fall asleep!
Now I'm like scared of trying again, since I know it'll just make me fell more miserable and depressed!
I have to go to school in 5 hours, should I try to tell my mom I'm sick, or just not go or something?

my mind actually has been doing similar things...and it's been causing nightmares....it's easier(note comparative tense) to sleep if there's some sort of background noise. a fan, or music or something, i'm not sure why....and being warm helps, but i doubt cali is having 32* nights haha


and reading...anything really...i sometimes read murder mysteries before bed

even if you can't sleep, it's not tooo bad....i've been getting barely fivehours in a night(intruped too), but i can function fine. don't be afraid of sleep. it's good for you :)
