Having trouble concentrating and focussing during tough times?!
Question: At home, I am having some issues that are very draining. They consume me and I think about them all the time. The problem is that they are affecting my day to day life. I want to be able to focus on my career and doing the normal everyday activities. I find certain routine activities not happening because I get into a funk. The worst is when I sit in the office and let it affect my work there. I want to be able to block these out when I have to focus/concentrate. Any suggestions on doing this?
