How do I get rid of this paranoia?!
Question: Ok, so I got this call last night at 11pm, and no one answered, then a few minutes later, they called again. When i said hello, all i hear was this "demonic" roar. Yes, it did scare me. my parents said that its probably just a prank call. the scary part for me is, i dont know if it was or not. it might be someone out to get me. i have a idea of who it was, but it might be that person and it might not be that person. now im afraid they're gonna do this every night, what should i do to get rid of this paranoia?
Answers: If you have caller ID, check the number and block it. If not, call the phone company as soon as you receive the call and have them manually block that individual from calling your home again.
