I'm worried for my best friends mental state.?!

Question: I'm worried for my best friends mental state!.!?
I'm starting to worry for a friend of mine, she's been through alot in her life, and I mean ALOT, I will not quote what though!.

As I have become more closer with her (we share a flat) I've started to worry, she trusts people to a certain extent and even then, I'm the only person she trusts, she keeps saying weird things like 'There's no point getting close to people, they will all just screw you over in the end' and saying stuff to me like 'I know you're going to screw me over and abandon me, I'm already prepared for the day, don't worry I won't be hurt, I'm used to it' and she's exactly the same to her boyfriend who she constantly accuses of cheating!
She stresses alot, she screams in a rage for no reason, kicks walls, she even tells me how she always dreams of death or people dying!.
She smokes heavily, constantly talks about killing herself, she's getting worse daily!.
All this stress is causing her stomach pains!?
I don't know what's wrong, she needs help, what can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sounds like she may need professional help!. She is very insecure and needs constant reassurance from those around her!. She also may have abandonment issues!. I would be most concerned about her anger problem and consistent negative attitude!. It would be nice if you could help her, but you must also think of yourself!. Living day in and day out with someone so saturated with anger, mistrust, and anxiety will eventually start affecting your own health and well being!. Living with your best friend is never a good idea anyway!. Most best friends I've known who decided to live together end up enemies!. Don't ruin your friendship and your health!. Suggest that she see a doctor and you consider finding another flatmate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like she really needs your assurance that you're not going to screw her over or anything but you might want to suggest that she speak with a therapist or something if there's a way you can do that without offending her!. I dunno!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
