Answers:
Before you go to bed have a cup of water next to you so when you wake up you can rehydrate your mouth!. A lot of people sleep with their mouths open (and I don't mean like gaping wide open, just enough to breathe)!.

People have a mechanism in the brain called the circadian rythm!. Its your internal clock and tells you if its night time or day time or if you should be sleeping or awake!. If you're waking up at 3:05am a lot it could mean that your circadian rythm is off its normal function!.

Its not dangerous or anything to worry about!. It just means you may have made changes (like especially the time you go to bed) in your life or are going through some stress (boy troubles maybe)!.

You dreaming of your boy friend like that to me signifies doubt and worry about some aspect of your relationship!. It could mean that there is some impending change (you or he is moving, graduation, prom, an upcomming dance) that you are facing and it is making you feel a little unsure!. The meaning of such dreams would also likely be the reason why you are not sleeping well!.

This will likely pass and you'll return to a normal sleep cycle!. If you need to make sure you sleep for a full night you can take tylenol pm!. They would only work as a temporary way to get good sleep but at your age and condition they should be safe to take!. Just make sure you read the lable and only take the minimum dose!.

If you start to feel additional things - sadness, lack of motivation, nervousness, agitation and so in addition to what you are already feeling and it lasts for more than 2 weeks you should consult a psychiatrist or at least school councellor or psychologist!.

Finally this might simply be a matter of hormone changes you are going through do to your developement!. But you have nothing to worry about here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hydrated means that you have enough water!. Thirsty is the opposite!. I think you meant dehydrated!. I have no idea about the dreams or why you keep waking up!. SorryWww@Answer-Health@Com

More details would of helped but if it's like my situation, have you had alot of people hurt you in life!? Is losing your boyfriend one of your worst fears!?

Sound's to me like a fear of lonelyness (Is that a word!? :S)
I get it alot, I'm not going to suggest you need a therapist or anything because obviously I don't know if that's the case and wouldn't want to offend you!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know!. I was doing this the same, 'cept I was waking up at 3:14am-3:16am, which is oddly enough the time i was born!.
After a while I just stopped doing it!.
Just let it go by, and hopefully it will!.

As for the dreams, consult a dream book or website!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't have any health problems that you know of!. what you are experiencing is not normal so that is a health problem!. you probably need some vitamins a healthfood store can reccommend something for you!. as to to sleeping problem, you probably have some stressing matter you are not even aware of and and the dream is a seperate matter, has nothing to do with your sleeping habits!. people always has weird dreams!. so go get you vitamins, remember healthfood store, not prescription or over the counter drugsWww@Answer-Health@Com
