Question: Social anxiety medication non-presciption!?
I think i have social anxiety and was wondering if there are any medication for this that doesn't require a prescription!? I'm not looking for online pharmacies, just legit medication for it I can get in the local store!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kava Kava, St!. John's Wort are 2 examples of herbal supplements!. Another way to go is behavioral therapy, expose your self with "safe" people to various social situations!. As someone who suffers anxiety, I know the value of having an "out"!. For example, when I am at a party I know I could fake a stomachache to leave if need!.
