Question: I sleepwalk!.!.!. plz help!. 12 years old!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
i sleep walk but i dont acually go anywhere, i sit up in my bed,talk grind my teeth and this is what my sister said i do!. im 12!. my sister watched a tv show last night about sleepwalking, like which sighns are killing sleepwalk!. and i dont remember what i do in my sleeep!. when i grow up i might do something to my husband or something!. oh and sleepwalking isnt in our family history!. i used to do it when i was young to!. and if i sleep over someones house i would be embaresed that i do that!.how can i stop doing this stuff!.!.!.if theres a way!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use to sleep walk alot when i was your age!. Don't watch scary things before you go to bed!. We have a tendency to re create what we see when we are sleeping!. Also drink you some warm milk before you go to bed and try reading some good books!. Take a chapter and read it 30 mins before you go to bed when you get sleepy go right to sleep!. You can also try prayer, (it works the best for me)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I worry about the same thing, and some people might disagree with my solution but it works for me!. I get a pair of long johns, tie one end of the legs to my ankle and the other to the bed!. Ask your parents to take you to a sleep clinic!. You spend the night there, they watch you sleep, and then they fix any problems you may have (I used to grind my teeth, so they gave me a mouth-guard) Really, a doctor is the only person who can help this situation!. Maybe you'll grow out of it, but until then you can certainly treat the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
