Should i talk to my teacher?!

Question: Should i talk to my teacher!?
recently ive been so stressed out with things at home, school and exams coming up!. i find it hard to sleep and sometimes cry myself to sleep!. i have friends who care, but sometimes i feel like i cant talk to them or they wont understand!. also, i had a breakdown in school the other day and didnt want any of my friends to see me so upset cause i didnt want to bother them!. but nowive been thinking about it, i think i want to talk to someone to try and remove all the stress, as right now im finding it very hard to concentrate and study for these exams!.
theres a teacher at my school who ive spoken to before about some problems, but i dont know whether to talk to her about this!. im not at any risk to myself or others, so she'd be able to keep it confidential right!? im not close to my parents so i definitely dont want to talk to them or worry them!. i just want someone to talk to try and help me through this!. i dont want to be so upset and stressed all the time!. please help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Awww, have a hug x I'd either talk to a teacher or does your school have a councillor, alot do !? Talking things through helps not only to make sense of things, but to let the built up worries etc out!.Alot of teenagers go through these feelings, so don't think you're on your own!.Hats off to you for being so sensible in realising you need a chat!.Good luck honey xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, they'll help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you should talk to her and ask her if she can keep it between the 2 of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shpuld speak to someone!. does your school not have study support or anything that can give you help!. if not heres a website for you (revision) www!.bitesizerevision!.com (or uk i cant remember)!. ask for help if your strugglin with a certain subject eg biology ask!. the teacher should keep this confidential unless its very worrying like your guna kill yourself!. after talking to someone you should have a huge load off your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, talk to someone!. A teacher or a school councilor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The teacher is there to help you learn, and they want to help you!. They chose a job where they'd be around kids your age, so they like kids your age of course! They'll be glad to help however they can, so go ahead tell them how you feel!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go talk to the teacher if u trusted her befor go back i think she will help and not tell anyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes - talk to your teacher - but don't ask her to keep it to herself - she may not be able to help you directly, but may know someone who can - or someone who can help her to help you!. What you can ask is that she will treat you sensitively and compassionately, and respect that you don't want to be humiliated or the subject of general conversation! (If you feel you trust her, then this won't happen anyway)!. You've done the right thing by asking this question, and thinking who you can ask for more practical help - well done! Now let someone help you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good to feel you have someone to confide in, but if you have issues then you need to see the counsellor!. Your teacher may want to help you, but she doesn't have the same skills that the counsellor has!. And if you feel that alienated from your parents that you are unable to share your worries with them, then I think maybe you do need more than just a word with your teacher!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call your school district MAIN phone number!.!. not your school!.!. the main school district phone # where you attend and ask to speak with the guidance and counseling department !.!.!. the coordinator will be able to help you MORE than your regular school counselor or teacher!.
Ask the school secretary for the # or look it up on the Internet!.
Good luck!.!.!. your mother is the BEST option!.!.!. think about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your main fear is rejection!. I would recommend childline or the samaritans!. believe me from experience they can help, plus they are independant from the issues you desperately need to deal with!. Keep smiling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
