Question: How can I tell if I have attention deficit disorder!?
here are my symptoms
trouble concentrating
trouble sleeping
very energetic
poor attention span
have trouble working in groups
say stuff that I later regret

Talk to a doctor!. If you don't feel comfortable discussing it write it down!. They can check you out, reccomend a place if they wish, but don't stress about it!.
I've had some stuff I was stressed about, however this started me up worrying and wondering of 'what could I have, and what could it be', but however, I don't reccomend writting down symptoms and researching them via (book, internet, tv, health clinics, etc)!. This only causes more issues and more worrying I've found in the past!. So I tend to avoid websites and medical books, etc!. that claim to diagnose!. No site really has a diagnosis either!. I find it dangerous to 'self-diagnose'!. It's an area not to really get into!. I hope you be well! Best of luck be to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to a doctor or counselor about it!. Everybody's minds work differently (obviously)!. Only a doctor or counselor will be able to tell if you have ADD and would benefit from medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have all of those symptoms form time to time, although I am not ADD, I am bipolar!. Those symptoms are what happens to me when I am in my manic mood!.
When I am in my depressed mood, I am either very depressed, or a snap at anyone for anything aka a big btch!.
So just get it checked out by a doctor, depending on the severity of each symptom you may not even have ADD or any other problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
