Question: Do i have paranoia!?
i feel like i'm always being watched or video taped!. i feel like my computer is being tracked and somehow people are watching what i do on it!. i feel like there is someone always hiding in the closet of the room i'm in or under that bed or somewhere!. i feel like the person that is hiding in my house is going to come out at any second behind me and kill me!. i'm terrified to be home alone for that reason and will stay in one room till someone returns!. i'm always looking behind me to make sure nobody's there!. i feel like i'm never alone!. and it scares me!. so do i have paranoia!? whats wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

However, allow me to play "Devil's Advocate" for a moment and ask if you are involved in anything controversial or confidential enough to warrant someone investigating your activities!? Or do you have reason to believe you may be being stalked!? Such surveillance as you describe would take a lot of time and resources!.
Certainly talk to a psychiatrist, but if you may have rational cause for concern, perhaps you should speak to a police officer too!.
