I would i deal with this ?!


Question: I would i deal with this !?
a person or a group of people giving a wrong or false portrayal and perception of me to everybody else,influencing others to see me in a certain way, possibly smearing, slandering or vilifying me or just giving an incorrect portrayal of me to others !?

especially to if i worry that everybody now believes them or has now been influenced!.!.

how do i handle this without the urge to completley lose it and become enraged !?



i accept im paranoid, and have ptsd and borderline personality disorder, i really have had a hard life!.!.

ive never been employed, never gained any qualifications, never built up any relationships ever - ive missed out big time!.

im 30 now, lonely and live in a small flat on sickness benifits,

i own no possessions except an old computer and a few books

i used to have alot of contacts on here, quite a few people emailing me and answering my questions, now most of them have stopped, stopped reaching out to me!.

could they have been influenced somehow !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This will be a little bit harsh!. I don't know why you are waiting for people to reach out to you!. Reaching out is a gift that you only receive for so long, and if you haven't given back anything, why the hell should they continue a relationship with you!? If you're truly looking for real life commitment you'll have to get out of your house, because you won't find it here!. You will simply waste your life looking at a computer screen!. I'm sad that life dealt you a bad hand, but that means it's up to you to work harder and make it right!. The old computer won't do that for you no matter how long you wait!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You say you don't work and don't go to school, then who are the people that are "slandering" you!? You shouldn't care what others think!. I have borderline personality disorder too and it's not that bad!. You just need to get out of this slump and go do something for yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first when you hear talk of this you must nip it at the bud!. Tell them that it is not true and that someone isn't exactly sure on the details and fill them in!. There is nothing people like better then gossip!. Next try and find a easy simple job like working at a supermarket or something!. Also see a doctor he or she can maybe help with your personality problem!. Next go out, go to a bar, or a club!. Make yourself known were something sophisticated but sexy!. Your bound to make friends, and you might even meet a guy, After a while people just stop doing stuff!. So no they were not influenced somehow!. If you stay on here great just make new friends nad new contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to hear you are going through this!. What an awful feeling - to feel that people are spreading bad rumors behind your back!. Do you actually -have- symptoms of paranoia!? If you are isolated and feel that people do not like you, it is hard to build trust that anyone is on your side!. Being a loner myself, I know what that is like - if it is hard to connect with people or make close friends, what reason is there to believe that people are on our side!? I struggle with similar issues!. Also if you are lonely, the free time that you have gives you a lot more ammunition for ruminating over things!. If you really think rationally or have evidence that indeed what you fear is happening, there is not much you can do about it other than accept that you have no control over what people think of you!. People will say what they please - and if small-minded people are this way because you are different or keep to yourself (it happens), then they are idiots and not worth your time!. But the main thing is, don't try to stop it - don't try to control it - that route will most likely make you miserable (I know from different experiences; one being the tendency to obsess over things that I have no ultimate control over)!.
How to handle this without becoming completely enraged - well from what i know, the best way to handle slights is not to look at it in black and white!. Try to make note of positive interactions, however small, that happen to you throughout the day - someone smiles, or you get a kind cashier!. Or seek out those situations!. Sometimes it is the small things that help our mood more than we realize sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why don't you try counsellings!. it very good to off load your problems!. and get sound advice!. you should also try getting out a lot more and try and meet more people!. and cultivate some hobby's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
