Here's an idea!.!.!. if you are willing to take the time and really want to start to change it!.!.!.!.
Make a list of all of the negative things you are thinking!.!.!.just go straight down the line and get it all out (helps if you have a particular situation in mind)
After you are done getting that all out!.!.!.!.!.go back up to the top, and next to each negative "remark/statement" write something positive next to it, or another way to view it!.
For example:
I can't believe she freaking did that, I hate her! (Neg)
I can't let other people affect me, I just need to focus on positive people, and what good or change can come from this!. (Positive)
If you take the time to do it often!.!.!.!.you will eventually learn how to automatically turn those negative feelings around (at least a little quicker without letting the negative over rule)!.

Keep a list of things you love and enjoy, things you are grateful for!. Go over that list every morning when you wake up and add one item to your list every night before you go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
