Something triggers rage !.!.!. find that something and remove or alter it!.

- Unhappy at work!.
- Bad relationship!.
- Lack of sleep!.
- Illness!.
- Depression!.

Go volunteer with a community organisation, if you don't already!. It's hard to be angry when you are surrounded by those less fortunate than yourself!.

try to stay in a happy,positive state of mind!.
best way is to reprogram the mind so that you have a mental trigger that will instantly put you in that state when you start to slip into negativity!.
good anger is controlled not out of control
i've found that where i would get angry or be drawn to rage(especially road rage), i could just go to pleasant state where instead of anger or rage it is changed to disappointment about what is happening in the situation!.
