What are some good ways to help reduce my anxiety?!

Question: What are some good ways to help reduce my anxiety!?
Answers:
I've suffered from anxiety problems for a few years!. To get things under control I started on medication, which was good for a temporary fix!. Afterwards I made some lifestyle changes!.

Here are some things I did that might help you:

1) Eat three meals a day, take your vitamins!. These things might sound like something your mother would tell you when you were a kid, but the truth is the balanced nutrition keeps your body balanced and reduces the chance of chemical imbalances!.

2) Exercise regularly and get a full nights sleep!. Good rest keeps your body fresh and reduces stress!. Exercise releases endorphins that naturally calm your body, and it burns adrenaline which is a big cause of many peoples anxiety!.

3) Structure your life if it's chaotic!. I used to vary when I would go to bed by 4 hours or so every day, and I'd constantly be doing different things, coming and going, with no real structure outside of work!. Create daily patterns that you can keep going back to, and cut back on the spontaniety!. The human mind craves this and it reduces stress because you know what to expect, also creating a nice comfort zone!. This will also allow you to focus much better than ever before!.

4) If you're worried about something, don't sit around and torture yourself - get an answer!. I was terrified I had cancer, and instead of going to the Dr to get checked out, I kept saying to myself "This is silly, I don't have cancer!." While true, the doubt was eating me up inside!. It wasn't until I talked to a doctor that the load was really lifted from my shoulders!.

Anxiety can be scary! These are just things that have worked for me, each person needs to find things that work for themselves!. Hope you find peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am hoping you're over 18yrs, so I will suggest - Sex!

Stress (which induces anxiety/panic) can be reduced through orgasms !. It is one of the best ways to reduce anxiety as it activates various pathways in your brain that during (and after orgasm), make it physically impossible to panic, or 'freak out' - as people say today!.!.!.!. As you know, most males fall asleep (or feel drugged) after sexual activity either with a partner, or alone!. Hence the classic 'men rolling over moment' in movies/films!. Women do not get this rush of brain hormone - Oxytocin/Prolactin!.

Sexual realease is so mind blowing - that at least for a short while - your mind is washed/blank!. Panic, anxiety in these situations, rarely occurs!.

A male, must relax his nervous system in order to become sexually aroused - Fact!. Many complex systems are involved here- parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems - but at the end of the day - a male must be 'relaxed' in order to achieve sexual 'ability'!.

I would imagine if you have a willing partner, or are aroused by erotic thoughts/images - it would be possible to sustain sexual arousal for many hours before bed time, and fall asleep in this 'state' - afterwards!. See overtime, if (in general) your day time anxiety is less!.!.!.!.!.it should be!.

It may sound 'odd' suggesting this but it's far less dangerous than taking medications, alcohol/drugs - if you try this sensibly!.

Done within reason/legally - sex is one of the most wonderful relaxing, or (vitally in your case) 'distracting' things one can do!.

Distraction beats anxiety!. The brain finds it hard to concentrate on panic/stress - whilst feeling relaxed!.!.!.OR!.!.!.aroused!.

It is very hard to relax, when anxious - hence post sexual orgasmic sensations, can alter the brain chemistry enough - to feel a huge reduction in tension - and overall, over the course of a day - this can reduce anxiety/panic attacks in some people!.

Good luck, play safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
