I hate my life?!


Question: I hate my life!?
Believe me when I say that I've read about 10 or so posts looking for some guidance before I decided to right this!. But if im honest myself I really hate my life!. there are certain circumstances within it that I feel are likely to become bigger and worse situations, basically ending everything ive worked hard for in life!. and i dont mean to act like everyone doesnt have problems - i know that people do; its just - im not sure if im depressed or what but to me everything is just miserable !. i sit at home and cry and pray and ask God why my life is such hell and just ask for some happiness!. the material things that i have - i wish someone would just gladly take them if it meant i could have a moment of happiness!. im a very open personal when it comes to my feelings, so i have reached out to my family and friends!. and they basically either make me feel worse or don't respond at all!. where is the help there!? where is the love !? i just feel all alone in my life, which feels moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with basically everything Lisa said!. Eating right and runnin around the block every day will improve your mental outlook on life!. but the only problem is, getting motivated to do those things!. when you are depressed like you are it's hard to imagine getting off the couch!. What's best is to find out whats wrong, and then fix that issue!. Then go on to better yourself!. Easier said than done by far!. Life ain't that bad though when you can change your outlook and count your blessings!. It Sounds hard and it is, but healing takes time and you'd have to be patient!. One of the better things you can do for yourself in the meanwhile, is get a counselor!. Don't go to a phyciatrist or they'll immediately shove pills down your throat and cause you more problems than you have now!. That's a miserable route!. don't go there!. Talking to someone face to face can work wonders!. You have an hour once a week with most therapists where you can sit and just pour your heart out!. And it's amazing, because they are the oppositte of your friends and family, because they will actually listen!. Most likely they'll have your best interest at heart and some education to back it up, and then they can give you some advice to change things!. Face to face is much better than online counseling because it's a relief to get your thoughts out of your head, and into another person's head who is actually listening!.!.!. And if you cry,man that's a relief!!! Crying's good for you!. But like anything else, to much of anything can be too much!. Not everyone cries everyday! Have you talk to a professional!? Maybe they can offer some guidance in to why you are feeling down!.

I would also keep a personal journal writing down your thoughts and feelings and what goes on in your day!. You can reflect back and see if you can find a common cause!.

I would suggest exercising it can help you be happy!. Also make sure you are taking care of yourself good diet, check ups, etc!. Check your local paper for clubs/activites in your area that you can find intrest in!.

You could also check for local support groups for people with depression!.

It sounds like you have a combination of possible panic disorder WITH "reactive depression" (not "clinical", which is lifelong, but I'd have to know you to be more sure!.!.!.and anyway, you need to see a professional) with some anxiety/confusion about your life!.

Let me guess: You're in your early-mid 20's, feeling odd sensations that you can't explain and you want to jump out of your skin!

I went though that!.!.!.more than once and it wasn't until I had a near nervous breakdown that I discovered my 1st therapist and began talking about WHY I felt that way, that I began to see there was a way out!.

Yes, I did have panic attacks, and was given medication, but it only helped a bit!. THe main problem was that I'd come from a REEEEALLY messed up family! I loved them but they screwed me up royally!

That's hard to admit and only therapy can help most people get through that!.

BUT, if you're open-minded, willing to tough it out through some unpleasant memories and accept that your parents aren't gods and that, no matter HOW smart you are, you can still suffer!.!.!.THEN you can begin to heal!

I thought I was a goner for a couple years, but with therapy, I've endured many hardships and losses, and am still able to work things out and accept who am & like myself!.

No, things are NOT all great!.!.!.but that's life, for most of us!.

I'm not preaching here, but one of the BEST things I ever did (at age 16) was completely ditch the Church! To me, nothing was more frustrating and depressing than praying to a "god" who didn't seem to care WHAT happened to me (or anyone else!)!. That's my 2 cents!.!.!.hope it helps!.

I suffer the same exact feelings!. I was shocked when I heard what you wrote because I feel so much the same!.

I find voluteering and helping other gives me a reason to live!. Everything else in life just seems to suck!. Making other happy and cheering them up helps ME feel better!. Maybe this is something you want to consider trying!.

for you to feel this way things had to be building up!. sometimes your family isn't the best help!. you have ask god to help you, and that is good!. listen god will not put you though something one can not handle!. dont give up on praying!. read the book of JOB in the Bible!. yuo may find some help!. just sit down for a minute, find out how things got this bad!. think of good ways to get out of it!. you sound very lonely!. if you can, try to get out and make some friends!. this can be very discouraging sometimes but you won't make any if you don't try(usually)!.
you're nurturing your mental state by staying home and crying!. if you feel like crying and being alone that is probably when you should go out and take a walk and try to appreciate something!. instead of sitting there thinking about all of the things that make your life bad!. it sounds like you're just stewing in it all!.
maybe you haven't been straight forward about how awful you really feel!. try telling your family whoever you're closest to exactly how you feel!. maybe they didn't understand how serious it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have u ever tried anti depressant medication!? if u go to ur local GP and explain how u have been feeling maybe u could get some!? wont hurt to have a try u never know things might change drastically! counselling might help too!? u could keep a journal!.!.it may help u sort out in ur own head whats going on, but in most cases we want someone to hear, understand and help but this will help u to explain it to others!. U can always take a friend or family member with to a counsellor so they can understand a bit more what ur feeling and how to be a better support for u!. theres always light at the end of the tunnel, if u can just take control of ur feelings, be strong, and take the right steps to get help u will be able to look back in a few years and c what a great life u have created for urself!. good luck!.!. hope u find ur happinessWww@Answer-Health@Com

I felt the same way when I miscommunicated to people and when some boy that I didn't know much died and people were spreading rumous about me being 'unfaithful' or telling lies that I said 'stupid' to the deseased!. Until now, I could see Reagan (not real name) & co in the shopping mall!. They keep putting their noses into my life (AND I DON'T GO TO THEIR SCHOOL ANYMORE!!) and my mom thinks the purpose of Reagan is to annoy me until I commit suicide so a broken soul like her gets stronger!. So, i'm not sure if your problems are to die for!. But i'm sure as heck that my problems are much worse than yours!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Feeling as you do comes when we do not understand that we are in control of our own lives!. I am sorry expressing your feelings to your friends and family did not help you to feel better!. You may want to talk to a counselor to help you understand your feelings!. It may also help if you made a list of what you hate about your life and one by one seriously consider all the things you can do to change what you do not like!.

You wrote that there are certain circumstances that will worsen, ending everything you have worked for!. Successful people tend not to think that way!. In other words, if plan A does not work then you go to plan B!. I know it may seem like all will be lost, but you have to think about it as a challenge or set-back and think about how you will get back on track!. We wouldn
