Question: Is it fair to say that ADHD is a blanket term for ADHD and ADD!?

Hi, I know people still use ADD and at times ADHD!. Officially, as at 1994, the official term is ADHD!. Prior to 1994, the term used was ADD!. There are three subtypes of ADHD!. You can

no because there is a difference!. add (attention deficit) and adhd (attention deficit HYPERACTIVITY disorder) are different because one means basically that u have trouble paying attention and are usually spacey, (the EXACT opposite of ADHD), and the other means that you are always hyper and bouncing off the walls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ADD is attention deficit w/o the hyperactivity of ADHD!. They are two separate diagnoses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ADHD is where a person just can't sit still, is very hyperative and can't seem to calm down

ADD is where a person can't pay attention to their surroundings, they have trouble concentrating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
